Review of Cosmic "Egg" Burger at Pythagoras by sustainablesam

This burger was DELISH! I have tasted and tried many vegan burgers from restaurants. They were all great... until now! This one blows all the others out of the water. I added arugula to the burger (🤌🏽 chef's kiss), and the burger came with fries. O...M...G! Probably one of the best, if not the best, burger I've ever had. I will order that again in a heart beat.

P.S: Also, s/o to Roozy (owner of Pythagoras) for being a genuinely kind, caring, and attentive person! I love this man immensely because of his passion for making vegan food, and he has created a beautiful microcosm within the Houston suburbia.
