Pempek at Dr Susianto Wellness Vegan Center — syera's Review (Jan 14, 2023)

[Vegan] Pempek is a traditional Indonesian food that is originally made of fish. Before going vegetarian, pempek was my favourite food.

I strongly recommend this pempek. It is soft, springy, and tasty. When you order this, you will get 3 pcs of different types of pempek (lenjer, those with "egg", and those with seaweed). They substitute egg with tofu (swipe to the second picture). It is served with soy sauce mixed with vinegar and cucumber.

Restaurant ambience is clean. The waiter and waitress are all very friendly.
