Think I found the elusive missing piece of my go-to sandwich. This cream cheeze is made of #organic cashew mylk and coconut cream. Clean short ingredient list with #noaddedsugar. A bit over $5.
It's harder than dairy cream cheese and a little more difficult to spread. Tastes fairly similar but has a satisfying salty twang. Thought it was weird at first but the next few times found it complements the banana well. And it's chilled unlike the banana and peanut butter. They go together well in an odd way.
Therefore I declare the new name of my fav sandwich, formerly known as The Peabby, to be P1B2C3, or The Formula, I haven't decided which is better. Stay tuned
