Review of No-Pork Pieces - Dopsu by olivejuice

I’ve had this a few times now.

I wasn’t overly impressed the first time- I found the texture a little too chewy. But I think it may be down to how I was cooking it. This time I air fried it before throwing it in my soup. The texture was much softer and more pleasant for me.

Taste wise it’s almost exactly as I remember pork tasting, I tried some straight from the air fryer and it reminded me of pork scratchings.

I wasn’t going to buy this again but on second taste I’ve changed my mind. £3 isn’t too bad if a price for four portions either!
