i liked the food overall, beancurd skin knots was the tastiest dish, boiled chickpeas were soft making then easy to eat; minor points wld be the bittergourd was oily and for the chickpeas there were quite a few loose bits of skin (but this is kinda trivial HAHAH and might be hard to separate out bc prolly came out when the chickpeas were boiled)
