The owner/chef Nicola changes the menu about every 6 months, and offered to veganize this dish for me!! Tasty, crispy layers of fried pizza dough filled with homemade babaganoush and vegan mozzarella chunks, drizzled with tomato sauce. So tasty and creative! The menu usually has 4 to 6 options that are vegan or can be veganized, and at times Nicola creates a vegan dish with what he has in the kitchen 🥰. #sinoesveganonoescomida #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease #babaganoush
