« Feta » salad at Ole & Steen — giuliaf's Review (Jan 10, 2023)

This dish was honestly disappointing 😥 The vegan version of feta was not really resembling feta taste unfortunately, and among the other ingredients, flavour was missing, as they have only been cut / cooked and that’s it and there was no attention at all to seasonality.
🌱 I appreciate the intention of having more #vegan options, but I would suggest putting a bit more effort to add flavour and a bit of originality. ☺️ Btw, I could jot see the seeds in the salad 😥
