MuShRoOmS! I ❤️ them in everything from salads to sushi bowls. The good news is that they are really good for you too! I have to admit that I don’t like cleaning them. I never really know if they are clean. I don’t have a mushroom brush because I’m not bought into products that have only a single use! These mushrooms from Trader Joe's had minimal dirt and tasted great. #dentalandlentils
