There had been a run on broccoli florets on my last Trader Joe’s visit, so I shelled out a bit extra for the more premium #organic baby broccoli (broccolini?) I love the long, crunchy-but-not-tough stems and cruciferous sweetness of this elegant vegetable, which holds up so nicely sautéed or in pasta dishes! The whole tray was fresh and delicious — not a bad piece in the bunch.
