Mix of bulgur and quinoa steamed and with extra virgin olive oil (1%) ready to eat after heating it for a few moments (even in a non-stick pan like I did), tasty and crunchy, suitable for many recipes - in my usual hurry and laziness 🤭 I ate it without adding anything else, it wasn't bad (just a little dry 😅) but it's better seasoned with vegetables or whatever you prefer 😉
