Not many silken tofu brands on the market besides imported ones, so I was excited to see Tofoo finally come out with their own silken tofu. It's a bit firmer than other brands I've had, and definitely has a strong soy smell and taste. That can easily be removed however with some seasoning. The texture when eating is really pleasant and makes for a great tofu scramble! Highly recommend this product.
