I haven’t had these cookies in so long and now that I have them again I am wondering why. They are so good!
These small cookies are pillowy soft and satisfying. They are lightly spiced but I actually like that in this cookie. These are relatively wholesome for a store-bought cookie; yes there is sugar but the ingredient list is pretty short and recognizable.
These are also gluten-free, which is rad for our GF vegan friends ♥️
