🇬🇧 My favorite smoked tofu by far, for me is really better even than other more expensive brands.
I can't always find it, but when I do it’s a haul to store because it’s incredibly cheap.
Firm texture, I really like eating it straight out of the pack, just salted in a pan with two or three tablespoons of white wine mixed with a few drops of liquid smoke to bring out the aroma.

🇮🇹 Di gran lunga il mio tofu affumicato preferito, secondo me migliore anche di altre marche più costose.
Non lo trovo sempre, ma quando lo trovo faccio scorta perché lo uso tantissimo e soprattutto costa una miseria.
Consistenza di tipo firm, a me piace molto anche al naturale solo saltato in padella con un po' di vino bianco misto a qualche goccia di fumo liquido che ne enfatizza l'aroma.
