It’s a generous lot for this plate, I’ll give them that 🧐 The photo may not have scaled it very well but this was HUGE 😳 Though, I would’ve @dafnelately readjusted the ratios of these proportions 😜

We’ll start with what looked like simple blanched or stir fried long beans and eggplant - aside from the raw cucumber slices. I guess its suppose to be bland as to play second fiddle to their star #rendang 🤩 This wasn’t the greatest #veganrendang I’ve had as it was sweet 😅 I was none too pleased with how many dishes from this place kept coming out more sweet than savoury 🥲 It was still soft, as was the #rice that took center-plate 🤓 The sambal was probably not worthy of true #malaysianeats as it wasn’t setting any palates on fire 🙃 I was glad to see a side of their awesome tempeh chips again though…

RM35?! Kill me now 😵 Its a stretch on the wallet but for #veganoptions it’s quite satisfactory 🤓

This isn’t my favourite dish so this review was surely biased but you won’t leave this place hungry 😂

dafnelately Not all sambal has to be spicy lah 😛 Chillies are vegetables like any other, not just for burning your palates off 😜1 likeReply
m1tch9i Unsurprising that my lack of knowledge on malay cuisine is sorely lacking 🥵2 likesReply
