A great tasting quiche with no eggs or milk to spoil it… again, having the word “Vegan” in big letters in the title on the front of the box pleases me because I don’t have to examine he tiny ingredients print to see if it’s ethical… lovely with baby leaf salad and homemade carrot, celeriac & vegan mayo coleslaw.
