My mouth is watering as I write this, and the picture is from November!🤤 This dish was absolute heaven: of course, the #mushroom and the #aubergine were the stars, cooked to perfection with a beautiful tangy flavour. On the side there was creamed #spinach, #cashew cream, #polenta fries and flaked #almond. One of the best dishes I had in 2022 by far! Price was £12.95
