Happy New Year! Can’t believe it’s 2023 already! Looking forward to learning about how to best live a life that seeks to exclude—as far as is possible and practicable—all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose.

It’s a public holiday here today, and most places are closed for business, so I couldn’t get my hands on one of these breakfast burgers to cure my New Year’s Day hangover. Baby cos lettuce, tomato, onion, sausage patty, plant-based bacon, plant-based egg, hash-brown, tomato relish and hickory BBQ drizzle. Perfect hangover cure… but maybe for tomorrow.
