I kept this cheese unopened just so I can find the time to make crepes in the morning and eat it with some jam 😁 I was not disappointed, as it went great in the crepes. When I tried it on its own though, it wasn't as great. The texture is a bit weird and it didn't taste great, but not bad either. Probably would not buy it again, but I do not regret it.
