Christmas roll at Grounded — Jeanne's Review (Dec 31, 2022)

Last week’s special roll from Grounded was filled with delicious ingredients with lovely Christmas flagrances : cinnamon, cardamom, orange zest, raisins, cranberries and chocolate chips.

It seems like Grounded never disappoints! The bake was just as tasty as it was good looking. The dough was gently sticky, soft and super flagrant. The ingredients combo was nicely chosen, even though I believe it would have been even better without cranberries and chocolate, for the 3 other ingredients are already incredibly tasty but get easily outweighed by the chocolate and tiny pink dried berries really sweet flavour.

Anyway, I’m always stunned by Grounded’s bakes and especially by their specials ☕️

Their special rolls always cost 5.50€, which is a bit pricey, but reflects the quality of their bakes. Plus the serving may not look so big but it is quite filling! ☺️
