I absolutely LOVE these sausages. They are tasty, so versatile for use in sausage sarnies, sausage & mash, casseroles, sausage rolls - good both cold & hot. And they remind me of the good vegan/vegetarian stuff I could get in the UK when I was younger. The apple, leek, and mustard come through to make these a stand-out sausage (- as the actress said to the bishop!)
