Paris-Brest at VG Pâtisserie - Pâtisserie Végétale — Jeanne's Review (Dec 30, 2022)

Had this Paris Brest some evening last week and it literally brightened my day. The cream’s nutty taste is to die for, and the bake’s texture is just wonderful : you’ve got some creamy, some soft and airy with the dough, and some crunchy with the hazelnut pieces on the top 🌰 Maybe it could use a tiny little less sugar but overall this Paris Brest is delish! Can’t wait to have it again!
It costs 5.50€, which makes total sense when you see how well prepared it is and how good it tastes! Plus they take 10% off your bill if you bring your own takeaway container, which I find such a great initiative ☺️🥡
