Review of BBQ King Brown Mushrooms at Yulli's by stever3141

Yulli’s is one of our favourite 100% plant-based restaurants in town. They have so many delicious dishes on the menu and the most difficult part of the night is trying not to over order! So this time around we went for the banquet menu which gave us more variety with smaller plate sizes.

Third course included this wonderful dish of BBQ King Brown Mushrooms, which were lightly battered and deep fried, smothered in chilli jam sauce, and served with broccolini. The mushrooms were perfectly tender and very juicy! The only point of improvement was the sauce which reminded me of store-bought sweet chilli sauce.
