Wedding Soup at DC Vegan — trentmorton's Review (Dec 29, 2022)

Two words can summarize my sentiments: substantial and flavorful. Given the small pieces of circular pasta and the two sizable plant-based meatballs, this soup can easily serve as a meal. It’s substantial.

Then, whatever blend of seasoning appears in the combination of stock and meatballs, it does significant work. In fact, the meatballs seemed to especially have a noticeable, but delicious season. The soup offers a satisfying savoriness.

I loved it.
