Review of Cauliflower Bites at Detroit Street Filling Station by mynameislisa

This busy little funky downtown bistro is 100% vegan and has two sister locations in Ann Arbor. They were sold out of the appetizer I wanted, so the waiter suggested these fried cauliflower nuggets. This was a half-order, and it was HUGE. They make their ranch dressing from Veganaise, so it isn't as healthy as a tofu-based sauce, but it was delicious. The bites were crunchy, with no oily taste or feel. Delicious! If you are in town you should make a visit here a priority.
