Delicious, unique take on avocado toast! This savory toast featured JUST egg, Miyoko’s herbed butter, scallions, cherry tomatoes, spicy sauce, and some juicy clementines on the side. I will definitely get this again! 🥑

This cafe is almost fully plant based, but offers dairy cheese as an option. I’d love for them to go fully vegan, and ditch the unnecessary suffering that is inherent with dairy! They also have tons of gluten-free options. I can’t wait to try more of their menu. 🌱
