Have been enjoying trying Raaka chocolates recently; this is the first of their white chocolate bars that weāve tried.
White chocolate can sometimes be a bit sickly but this one, whilst sweet, is not sickly. The candy cane flavor is very nice but not overpowering. Raakaās bars are not pre-sectioned so breaking apart evenly is not as easy, but I do appreciate how beautiful they are! (The photo doesnāt do it justice really.)
You can taste the quality of these chocolates. I also really appreciate the companyās transparency on their cacao sourcing.
