I'm so happy to try a Precision Fermentation product. This sure does taste like ice cream. Flavor is terrific. I completely recommended it.
I tried the cookies and cream one too, and it too tasted like a cows milk product. Maybe not the richest ice cream, like Breyers, more like a store brand, but certainly like cows milk.
So looking that when precision fermentation cheeses are available!
