I am a massive fan of fruit cake. I have struggled to find vegan ones. This one is very good. It's moist enough, but could be more moist, could do with a bit more glacèd cherries and spice. It's very tasty and if I can find any I'll certainly buy. Yum is generally a bit more expensive, but it is a small local business which is great to support.
