These salmon burgers are a unique vegan product; there are so many types of “beef” and “chicken” burgers on the market; it’s nice to see something different.
These have a fishy flavor, but not in an offensive way. The texture seemed to be a bit flakey and reminiscent of fish. They browned nicely on each side and remained a bit softer on the inside. Enjoyed a burger on a bun with chive cream cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles.
There are only two patties per box, but they are pretty large.
