Amazing vegan Panettone at a very understandable price (12.5).
The texture is really similar to the “real one” and the thing that I like the most is that they used simple and common ingredients, nothing super duper weird! I am enjoying the leftovers for breakfast with some coffee and it’s really good. The only characteristic that I’d criticize even though it’s not that serious is that I was expecting icing sugar to put on the top (or does it usually work with pandori only?). Anyways, this product is really great and the fact that they finished it at Coop in Parma means a lot!
