This is one of my favorite brands of soy milk, (the other one l like is Westsoy) but I like the flavor of Trader Joe's a bit better. The reason I like these two is because they are the only ones I have been able to find that contain only soy beans and water...No other ingredients!
I almost always use this soy milk for cooking, and it's also great for making vegan mayonnaise. Soy milks that contain other ingredients just won't work.
It's also not expensive at $1.99 a carton.
