Porzione abbondante e davvero saziante di parmigiana (anche se nel menù è chiamata "lasagna"), ben condita e saporita. La besciamella di cavolfiore è una vera chicca! 
Il ragù è spettacolare, buono buono buono!!! Ristretto, ricco di macinato, leggermente piccante... Davvero gustoso!
