Wow these are a lot more realistic than I expected them to be.
Veganized #mockmeat version of medisterkaker with the traditional Christmas spices, although it is a bit more subtle with the #spices it still has a really good and hearty flavour
Made with #cauliflower and #peaprotein, the texture is really good and luckily not like cauliflower at all.
They are very #juicy in a good way without feeling soggy. They get a nice crisp on the outside as well
The apperance is also very similar to the ‘real’ medisterkaker.
The packaging is pretty nice, I like the pinky-red shade paired with the snowflakes.
The product is also #palmoilfree and #soyfree
