This Quinoa Salad 🥗 from Distrito Aguacate 🥑 is hands 🙌 down one of the best I’ve tried! So simple, light 💡, delicious 😋 and flavorful that I’m sure I will get it again next time we are in town!
#mixedgreens 🥬, #cherrytomatoes 🍅, #redonion, sliced #cucumber 🥒, sliced #zucchini, and mixed with a light #lime and #evoo dressing!
Oh and a beautifully sliced #avocado on top 🔝!!

To make vegan 🌱 just ask for them to leave off the Parmesan cheese.

We sat outside and the staff was super nice and place was so cute ☺️ and very inviting!
This salad cost 140 pesos which is equal 🟰 to $7.23 US.
