This Monkey 🙈 Roll from Sushi 🍱 Factory was amazing!!! Visually 👀and flavorfully appetizing!!
To make vegan 🌱 you need to get this without the Philadelphia cheese and the spicy sauce that comes with it!!
Wrapped in a layer of plantain, topped with crispy #cauliflower and filled with #cucumber🥒, #asparagus, #avocado 🥑 and I asked for #carrot 🥕too!
I will absolutely definitely get this roll again!
Got some sriracha on the side to drizzle 🌧️ on top for some spiciness! Yum 😋
This cost 160 pesos which is equal 🟰 to $8.18.
Will be back for more while we are here visiting family!
