Review of Vegetable Pad Thai - Trader Joe's by theveganfeast
Got home late last night so we picked up this frozen Pad Thai for a quick dinner. The portions were pretty decent. It was a little bit bland, but a bit of extra chili oil, or tamarind sauce, easily fixed that. The dish had some tofu, scallions and garlic, so we also added a handful of veggies.
Overall, this was a surprisingly good base for a quick Pad Thai on a busy day.
