Strawberry Pancakes

Champs Diner

Got a stack of pancakes and added strawberries thinking they would be sliced on top only. They were also in the batter and damn it was so so so so good. Fluffy and classic diner pancakes I haven’t had pancakes this good in so long. They were sweet enough without syrup but not sickly sweet. One of the best things we tried at this all vegan spot.
