This tofu cooked up well. I pressed it, baked it and then cooked it in a sauce on the stove. The texture was nice and firm and the sauce added a nice flavor. I got this at Fred Meyer on sale for I think $1.39 but it's normally $1.69 which is one of the better prices I've seen for tofu, especially organic! Tofu is a good source of protein, iron and calcium.
