Hmm not my favourite mince taste wise… it’s really flavoured in a way that i personally don’t enjoy. I would say it’s limited in its uses — more american diner, chili con carne kind of dishes but i didn’t find it to taste good in many other forms like in dumplings or stir fry with mince… no harm trying though! On a per kilogram basis, this might be the one of the cheaper plant based minces on the market in Singapore and who knows you might really like it?
