Review of Elf Burger at Flower Burger by dratini
Il burger di orzo e seitan è molto morbido non molle, bello compatto.
La maionese allo zenzero è spaziale, buonissima, si amalgama bene al panino e non sovrasta gli altri ingredienti. Le melanzane tendono invece a sparire purtroppo, si sentono poco ma quando si sentono sono piacevoli, abbastanza croccanti. La salsa senapina invece non l'ho proprio sentita. Le verdure sono ottime e danno quella freschezza che alleggerisce il panino.
Panino buono, bello pieno e sicuro godurioso.
Quello che non mi piace di Flower burger sono le patatine e infatti non le ho prese.

Il locale è piccino ma carino, il personale non è particolarmente cordiale o disponibile ma fa il suo lavoro senza essere scortese.
Il packaging è di carta e il burger d'asporto è avvolto in una carta speciale che avvolge bene il panino ed che tutti i succhi e le salse escano, è geniale! Sembra una cuffia da doccia😂comodissimo per non sporcare in giro

🇬🇧Green bun with sesame seeds, the barley burger with seitan is very soft but not mushy, compact, the ginger mayonnaise is amazing, very good, it mixes well with all the ingredients and it's not overwhelming The aubergines, on the other hand, tend to disappear unfortunately, they are barely noticeable but when they are they're pleasant, quite crunchy. I haven't really noticed the mustard sauce. The vegetables are excellent and give that freshness which lightens the sandwich. Good sandwich, full and certainly enjoyable.
What I don't like about Flower burger are the fries and in fact I didn't get them.
The place is small but nice, the staff are not particularly friendly but do their job without being rude.
packaging is made of paper and the take-away burger is wrapped in a special paper that wraps well the sandwich and keep the juices and sauces from running out, it's brilliant! Looks like a shower cap😂
