Loved this! The texture of these shells is great, which is something I was worried about for #glutenfree pasta. Nutritionally these are great! 1 serving has 11g #protein, 5g #fiber, 20% daily amount of #iron, and 10% daily magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus. I added these to a soup to make it more filling and add some extra protein.
