This was just exquisite ❤️ I am rarely this impressed with a ready made meat alternative, but this was just great. We used to get Cordon Bleu from time to time in my pre-vegan days and seeing this in vegan version was amazing 😍 I cooked it in the air fryer with no extra oil and it was so so good 😊 the crust was crispy, the cheese was melted perfectly and overall it was super delicious.
