I like to have a can or carton or two of soup in the cupboard in case a quick or lazy meal is needed. It’s been so cold and dry that a warm soup sounded good so I went for this one.
The soup is puréed quite well and has a silky smooth texture. The ingredients are wholesome and simple. The flavor is good but not very deep. I added some TVP bacon bits for some extra flavor and texture and that made it more enjoyable.
