These nuggs are primarily wheat meat. They shrink up a little in the oven, but otherwise the experience was pretty much as expected. They weren't very spicy, but I'm used to very spicy foods.
There are a lot of faux nuggets out there now. The packaging stood out to me, but the product wasn't that different from other brands.
The verdict: Buy these if they are on sale. At a deep discount
