We found the texture to be more like panna cotta than a typical creme brûlée, but it was still tasty. The sugar snap presentation was beautiful and the cherry sauce was a lovely visual contrast.

Have you tried the one at ‘Mildred’s- Covent Garden’? It’s got the perfect creme brûlée texture

If I ordered a Vegan Crème Brulé and a Vegan Panna Cotta came out, I'd still be happy, they we're two of my absolute favourite puddings as an Omni (in a trio with Tiramisu)

No but the same people actually own both restaurants ! might be the same recipe haha
