We found the texture to be more like panna cotta than a typical creme brûlée,
but it was still tasty. The sugar snap presentation was beautiful and the cherry sauce was a lovely visual contrast.

A good sized creme brulee with a lovely crisp too. Served with cherries and a

Creme Brulee veramente buonissima, cremosa con lo zucchero croccante sopra e una cialda, il tutto
