Love these! Found these Swedish ginger snaps at World Market. There are four shapes: two people, a pig and a tree in this box of 48 cookies.
The cookies are very thin and crispy. Though crisp, they aren’t hard or stale. They are nicely spiced even though they look relatively plain. Even though I’m a frosting girlie, I don’t feel like these need any to be satisfying. They are so delicious with coffee.
