Nope. I do not like this. To be fair, I boiled them even though pan-frying is the recommended method, so the consistency is just bad. It's mushy, gummy, and chewy. Thankfully the flavor is pretty mild so the #cauliflower only comes through a little. The entire bag has 5g of #protein and 12g of #fiber (wow!). This is pretty low calorie: 330 calories in the entire bag.
This is #glutenfree.

beckyyy Seems like this is one that folks either love or dislike. I never tried boiling it but really like it pan fried. I can see why the texture wouldn’t work for some! I really like mochi and rice cakes and it reminded me of that chewy texture. Not sure if they still have the kale gnocchi but you might like that one better! I believe that one is made with kale and potato and I remember it has a sturdier texture! 😊1 likeReply
