Another great vegan product from Trader Joe's. It's been a while, but I think that this tastes exactly like the lox spread that you would get at the bagel store. I had tried a similar product from a different company and had found it almost sour, so I wasn't sure about this, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Of course this is definitely not health food, it's a once in a while thing. At $4.29 for 8 oz, it's a little bit pricey, so I wouldn't buy it all the time.
But if you're craving a fully loaded New York bagel with the "works", this certainly hits the spot!
