Review of Spice roasted cauliflower, tahini and almond salad - The fresh salad co by bushpig

Got this on a whim while shopping because I wanted more salads I could grab and eat. The pumpkin in this salad was really undercook and a little hard but everything else really nice.
I’d buy it again for a quick meal or if I didn’t have time to make a side salad. I think it would be a good salad to have at a bbq or something too.
